A season of change,
this year was for me.
I am no longer the child,
you thought I would be.
This woman rules now,
strong in my soul.
Feeling the triumph
of just letting go!
Grown to much more,
than I dared ever dream.
Not only by doing,
but surpassing all my needs.
Finding my success,
where you thought I’d fail.
Reveling in the fact,
I am quite female.
I have paid with blood,
the balance once due.
I am more than enough,
even better without you!
