Undeterminable Cost

Family and friends gather today
Around this building to weep and to pray
For the souls of those
Whose lives were lost
In a senseless act with an
Undeterminable cost

Senseless

I turn on the TV
I want to see whats new
And when I turn on the TV
Death is all I see

Towers flaming in the light
From crashing planes
In forced flight
And people screaming with fright

There is a word for all this
Chaos isn't what it is
Death, destruction, madness
All of it is senseless
