Hi Dad, 

It's been a long time sense we talked. 
I sure do miss you, and could sure use your advice. 

You've been gone such a long time. 
I know it wasn't your fault, and I don't blame you. 
I just wish you was here to talk too. 

There have been so many times, 
I could have really used your advice, 
and your wisdom. 

And now that I have my own son. 
I realize all the thing we missed. 
And all the things we didn't get to do, or talk about. 

I Some times wonder, 
if I've lived up to the expectations you had for me. 

I've tried to Live up to what I thought, 
would be your expectations. 
And Never Give up. 
But it Keeps getting harder each day. 

Mom says You're looking down on me, 
and would be proud of me, 
but sometimes I wonder. 
Things haven't exactly turned out as I planned. 
But I keep trying.
