Untitled II
Look the house thou hast
polluted and art doomed to abide!
Walls of thorns…
Doors of steal…
Floors of turbid fragmentary
deposit…
Sediment forming, thousands
of years layer upon layer
Cannot quantify repudiation
by thee.
Polar ice caps melt.
Storms subside.
Rain dries.
Even Mother Nature compares
not to the
Scabrous cold air of thee!
What a house!
A roof of wind crowns the
abandoned home thou owns.
A foundation weaker than
a crooked spine,
Construction material cheaper
than pawns!
Freezing subzero temperatures
too low to measure leaves an alleged trespasser
agape!
Inevitably pondering how
or if this house can ever be thawed!
What contains the stubborn
mule? Obstinately invading terrain
devoid of warmth and strewn
with bitterness?
Aberration?
Logical explanation…Why
else would one bond with betrayal!
Oh, what a loathsome, repulsive
concept!
A perverse character seethes
the core of destruction's dawning!
Yet, a question lingers…
How has the fruit spoiled?
Madness is an effect…it's
cause ages unknown…but why?
The answer lies shrouded…forever
embedded by it's own volition!
Anon…a mystery plentiful
of juices sourly left unsolved.
As a child's innocence remains
prey to wrath…
The alleged waits upon the
word of thee…
While a flickering flame
serves as hearth…
And silence is but final!
